Terms and Conditions for WOW NFT Access Pass

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of the WOW NFT Access Pass ('Access Pass') issued by Wowise ('Issuer') on the Ethereum blockchain. By purchasing or using the Access Pass, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of the Access Pass

The Access Pass is a non-fungible token (NFT) on the Ethereum blockchain that grants holders the right to participate in projects managed by Wealth Of Wisdom (WOW). The Access Pass comes in five levels (Level 1 to Level 5), each permitting funding up to a specified amount.

4. Sale and Purchase

All sales of the Access Pass are final and nonrefundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept this condition.

5. Transferability

The Access Pass is non-transferable. It cannot be transferred to another wallet once purchased.

6. Wallet Responsibility

The security and management of the wallet holding the Access Pass is the sole responsibility of the holder. WOW and Wowise are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost, stolen, or inaccessible wallets.

7. Use of the Access Pass

Holders may use the Access Pass to participate in specific projects as detailed on the WOW website. The rights and obligations associated with these projects are subject to separate agreements or terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

WOW and Wowise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Access Pass.

9. Changes to Terms

Wowise reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Access Pass after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Dubai without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
